That will never happen Diesel. Owning the property that the Dangerous Goods facilities are on ensures that DGL can have the necessary building/property features needed for this specialist industry. Trying to get landlords to spend bucks on putting in specialist building features is very difficult so owning them is the truly best way to go. Mr. Henry also likes to own the ground and buildings his business are conducted from. It gives him total control and that is worth its weight in gold.
