DGMLF on US OTC : What happens ?

    What happens to US OTC shares DGMLF held in a Charles Schwab account?
    Are DGMLF shares converted to Northern Star OTC NESRF shares at rate of .119 ?
    Or will cash be put into the account at a rate of .119 times April 24th market price of NESRF ?
    Scheme Booklet is unclear - they mention Ineligible Foreign Holders but I don’t think that covers us, as we are in the US and holding DGMLF. We are also not Small Shareholders. Any clarity is appreciated!
