I don't think they will use one of their Caspian sea rigs for 2 reasons.

1 - Dragon are accelerating activity in Turkmenistan not reducing. They are actually moving more rigs into the area rather than reducing them.

2 - For one well it will be very costly to move it from the Caspian sea to Tunisia. It can't be tugged the whole way, so will need to be transported over land for a fair proportion of the km to Tunisia.

Its far more likely that they will get a jack up rig from Egypt, Algeria or somewhere else in the Med or West Africa.

I would like to find out what DGO are doing though with Tunisia / Tanzania. Maybe we'll find out early in the New Year.
