Okay RAF, maybe not that simple. 14% of DEG is potentially worth something to us, eg blocking, helping to block a takeover:-

Keeping it simple though, and maybe showing age, I'm reminded of a kids story The Little Red Caboose (DGO/GOR), which attached itself at the end of the big black engine (DEG), and craved attention but never got it, until one day it applied its brakes, to help DEG get over the mountain. I'm okay with that.
