GOR: 1st Sup Bidder's Statement & Notice of Variation
Am I reading this announcement right, GOR have used a variation clause to request more time before pulling that take over trigger.
if so, what are the waiting for, funding or DEG updated resource?
wonder what other clauses are in the agreement, because why would GOR want to wait and potentially lose the deal?
so many questions, time will tell
