DGO's market cap has been trading under its investment in DEG (excluding allowance for potential CGT) . and thus gives zero value to its other investments
I think GOR sees it as a way to acquire an interest in DEG at a bargain price before the DFS and further progression to production.
If this proceeds GOR surely GOR cold only be looking at a merger down the track .
This announcement sShould be good for our share price today.
