DGO occupy 2 seats on the DEG board.....DGO Board have endorsed the GOR takeover of DGO from their perspective of DGO. This strategic stake in DEG warrants Board discussions at DEG - does it imply DEG Board is ok with this.....or in this particular matter the 2 common directors have to put the direct interests of DGO as their primary concern? Not sure how to interpret this aspect. GLTA
