Firstly I must confess again that I am not a big fan of the DGR business model. However, I know value when I see it.
DGR owns a number of listed business and some unlisted. Looking solely at four of DGR listed investments compared to the market capitalising I'm sure you will agree.
DGR is trading at 50% below the value of listed investments
I'm buying this for leverage on AJQ.
Also need to add options held.
