From memory, NM had something like 50,000,000 shares in OBS which no doubt he was able to purchase and accumulate through bonus shares at significantly cheaper prices than when sold at 75 cents per share. He personally made millions and millions from that sale, so he didn't have to distribute any of the profits from that sale to other DGR owners. The profits gained by DGR from the sale of OBS were then turned into funding of the other companies which in turn continued paying NM and his other cronies huge salaries for their directorships and secretarial/admin functions in those other companies. $1.15 million per year for NM has allowed him to buy up big in these companies to gain his current holdings. This is how wealth accumulation works with this fellow/s.....it is nothing to do with producing wealth for shareholders apart from creating huge wealth for themselves. NM and his follow directors will continue to do this very same with SOLG and other companies........ Their use of inside information and manipulation is incredible and nothing seems to able to be done to stop them. Perhaps, it is for this reason why DGR will never realize it's true value. Outside investors, unless offered shares at huge discount, will never put money in to develop this company while we have this sort of management.
