    DGRG advised today it is subscribing AU$1 million in Convertible Notes @ .0009 each, coupon rate 15 %, convertible into FPO shares at 1 : 1. It also involves DGRG getting 2 % royalty on certain future gas sales. Relisting and, i guess, capital consolidation at some time, on the way.
