This is the strategy the Mather and his group of self-interested directors have undertaken in AJQ. No doubt the next thing is that they will centre on DGR......if not doing so at this time. I strongly suggest that is in fact the case here. Take over by stealth from within. Forget BHP, etc., the biggest danger to small holders is from our company directors. Criminal activity and fraudulent. All the while Mather is receiving over $400k per year from DGR together with well over $100,000 from his other directorships. DGR has thrown well over $20 million in AJQ where our CEO is a partner to be CEO and largest shareholder of that company and yet declares he holds no shares in DGR. Just sold off 2.1% of our holdings in SOLG, from 8.9% to now 6.8%, so that they can give an additional $17 million to AJQ. AJQ's share price is now 11cps valuing the company under $9 million after raising over $60 million in the last couple of years. Lies personified.
