• Mather is on 350k at DGR not 400k
• SOLG shareholding % reduced when the merge with CGP meant there was more shares on issue. It wasn't a sale of 2.1%
• AJQ is a loss making business! It had 60m of debt a few years ago. It has raised funds to pay down that debt and keep the lights on. It is not being run well but you shouldn't keep calling it fraud as that is just wrong.

Time to shift your crusade from NM to Caldwell. He issued himself 30m SOLGold shares as a sign on bonus (NM only got 90m in his 10 years founding and running Solgold) and has since put SOLG into hibernation and crashed the share price.
