What is you basis for the increase? All i can see so far is directors brining through cash with little upcoming milestones in the next 6 months. Relying on the company selling shares or takeover bids with subsidiary companies is not a reliable strategy, particularly given pervious (potential) manipulation. But also, speccy stock >$30mil MC, who doesn't like a punt.
