If there were a takeover it would have to be more than last market sale.
However I get your sentiment, a fair takeover would surely be around 3-5 cps. That's around twice what it's traded at over the last 6 m+.
I would be more interested in the structure of any takeover; could the big holders sell into a deal with an associated party and force a mandatory sale while in some sense retaining their stake? Probably conspriacy theory stuff, but has to have come across someone's mind.
