Dude you keep repeating the same statement but I think we kinda all get the main story here...
The Company has assets circa $50M currently.
These assets are fairly liquid so could be realised at this valuation (or a discounted one) should the Board want to pull the trigger.
Given the Company's main asset is expected to appreciate in value as it develops herewith...it essentially is a game of patience from here.
Noting this and the fact our current market cap is only circa $16M - you would expect either a 're-calibration' at some point or indeed a 'material event' sooner rather then later....
Time will tell as it always does but you would think the risk / reward here is fairly skewed to the positive...
