The management of AJQ didn't takeover the company, they lost it.
A chinese company simply bought a note issued by AJQ on which an interest payment was due. When no payment was made by AJQ on the due date this was a default that then allowed the chinese company to have an administrator appointed and take over AJQ.
DGR was a major shareholder in AJQ so has now lost millions of DGR capital in the fiasco, all for a missed payment......
