Actually, it represents a very high-quality asset held by canny operators for my portfolio.
Is it a tough negotiation 'Hell yes". Were we prepared for it "Hell no".
The real question has always been - Who's up for the fight?
Of course, my perception is coloured by having "won" the best part of the same in RXM and I accept the anger, frustration and indeed black looks from others on that basis. What's more the T/O offer for RXM can still be pulled.
I've just made a comment on NWC threads re-Capital intensity which applies to SOLG equally for those interested.
Sorry if my Clint Eastwood -type comments rankle but I'm no film star and am only allowed it on HC.
