MLX gets to nominate 2 directors: their own CEO and Chairman. Thus Nick Mather steps down from that board. He's still on. Clara Resources Board.

I don't know if people recall my interest and long-term holding in MLX but I think it is a good strategic move for both companies. I wouldn't presume to comment on the executive's moves but some may be happy. I would assume Mr Mather would have more time for DGR.
