Someone believe she sold all her shares because she is confident the short term pain caused by her dump to the share price will be justified by upcoming positive news like market updates .
According to the AFR , $4m is double the amount she needed for her tax obligation. So why did she sold all her shares if there’s upcoming positive announcement just around corner?!
Her selling is 1 of a kind and doesn’t make sense to me right now. The question mark is always there , which stop me to buy more shares at discounted price .
First time in the last 3 years , I think SM1 is a much safer bet than a2m. Every single tin sm1 manufactured was sold . SM1 have the CFDA approval for a2m and apply for the same license for the other 3 brands. Bright dairy from China hold 60%, a2m hold 16%. SM1 CEO didn’t sell 1 single share.
Any comments ? I am thinking about sell some a2m and buy more SM1 .
