You either believe in the story and considering the available information believe that the SP is undervalued, if yes you invest / stay invested. You exit when you stop believing the story or SP is fully or overvalued. Once you exit dont get back in at a SP which is higher than your exit price. If you do that then you will always buy high and sell low.
