    Rehab order upheld against former Linc CEO

    Former Linc Energy chief executive Peter Bond has lost an appeal against an order to rehabilitate contaminated soils at the Hopeland underground coal gasification site.
    The Environmental Protection Order (EPO) was issued by the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection in May 2015, but Mr Bond appealed against it in the Planning and Environment Court in March, arguing there were technical problems with the order that made it unlawful.
    The court on Tuesday dismissed the appeal, ruling it was issued correctly.
