    re: re:banjar: donhoop diabetes anyone? You sugar diabetes level can easily jump from "8" to '12" for two basic reasons:
    A). As we grow older we tend to do less physical excersises hence the "burning" of the excessive sugar in our system (blood) becomes more difficult.
    B). The pancreas, (the very important organ that secretes the insuline necessary to control the sugar level in the blood) in already mildly affected individuals, tends to become more "lethargic" as we grow older, and by doing so the amount of insulin secreted becomes less and less.....If one's secretion of Insulin is reduced, combined with the reduction of physical excersises old(er) people tend to have, then, in most cases, the level of the sugar (diabetes) can increase easily to "12-13".....
    That's what I meant with my earlier post.
    Water is VERY GOOD......Keep drinking the "required" 8 glasses a day......
