It says all the things it doesnt contain, sugar preservatives blah blah blah, but it doesnt say what it does contain, give them a call, there will be a number on the container, just make sure it doesnt contain any other oils, especially partialy hydrogenated vegetable oils. They are what gives shelve life to pachaged products. Cod liver Oil may be an inexpensive and suitable alternative.
