My wording wasn't great.
What I was trying to say is that I suspect quite a few shareholders will be expecting to see a huge profit margin per ton plus a substantial positive cashflow for the quarter.
The reality is that production is still being ramped and it will take several months to achieve maximum stage 1 production levels.
This means that initial costs per ton will be much higher at the start due to the bulk of the costs being fixed but will come down I suspect quite substantially when the operation becomes more efficient.
So shareholders expecting low initial costs need guidance from Ken as to why the early costs are high.
