What ever type of drill rig that will go down to around 500 to 600mts I think would be good enough.
They know the Itabirite goes to at least 600mts. They have seemed to be happy to drill down to this depth at Mbarga.
To get to the bottom of the Itabirite they may need a rig that can drill to 1000mts. If that was the case I think they would be better off getting a drilling contractor in with a rig capable of that depth.
It would not surprise me if it did go to 1000mts as it looks to be still over 600mts wide at a depth of 600mts deep.
