Diamond Drill Program
Work is being undertaken to:-
? Produce samples for continued flow sheet development and metallurgical test work; drilling aims to increase nformation on the style and distribution of the important HREE mineral xenotime at the prospect;
? To test for extensions to new mineralisation identified in this year’s RC drilling (see TUC ASX Announcements dated 19 September 2012);
? Provide geological information to be used in further targeting at the nearby prospects such as the newly discovered Scaramanga and Skyfall

DIAMOND DRILLING COMPLETED AT STROMBERG
RESULTS DUE SOON
Diamond drilling at the Stromberg HREE Prospect is now complete. The program was undertaken along a strike length of approximately 1.5km for metallurgical and exploration samples. Preliminary examination with TUC’s XRF machine indicates that all holes intersected HREE mineralisation. The holes also serve to extend mineralisation. Geological logging and analysis confirms the developing Stromberg mineralisation model, with HREE related to clay and iron minerals in flat lying rocks. Assay results are pending.


These assay results would be due soon I'd expect. HREE mineralisation in all holes, and good previous grades (remembering these are clay/xenotime grades), could expand this resource further.

Given the high HRE ratios and comparatively easy extraction an increase in the size of the resource is just what TUC need now.
