Chinese companies are state owned (either directly or indirectly), and the PRC bureaucracy churns very slowly. I feel after the expiry of this offer we shall see a bit of SP instability. Does Zhaojin chuck a tantrum and hit sell?

The key moving forward is going to be monthly production results and the POG.

There are plenty of non-Chinese gold producing majors just spewing out cash at the moment. Not worried about the tricks being played here and only happy to focus on the production numbers for November, December and January ahead of the great Mining Indaba in Cape Town running at the same time as the 121 Conference there. Deals are often struck there or shortly afterwards.
