2) expanded international with overpaying for other loss making players who were also guilty of the first point above.
3) raised capital multiple times and never achieved profitability.
4) sold his shares at $9 and lent them out for people to short.
5) wants to increase the shares On issue another 25% by merging with sezzle. Sezzle has loss rate of 3.5% and never made a cent.
6) has no control on costs and operating expenses were 70% of their revenue last half.
