I also understand that the order does not have to be applied or stand in the queue (of other orders) ... but it has to be reported in the trading volume (that's the only reason we have even seen it).
500,000 @ just over $0.30 ($150,000 k plus) indicates it's not a simple mum and dad investor ... maybe the recent accumulator changing the ownership to a more tax effective entity in anticipation of what they anticipate may lie ahead.
