I also remember back then that the company sat on the drill cores for almost a year before they sent them off to the lab for some aditional information.
I dont see the point in sending off kimberlite small drill cores when the company already knows the extent of the mineral indicators and IM sure that is the reason why they initially did not send off the L251 core samples untill much latter.
The whole point of drilling at the moment is to identify suitable locations for bulk sampling,mineral testing will come much latter if bulk sampling shows up some decent diamond grades.
They may choose to do some mineral testing at a latter stage at a depth of 100 meters from the PVK surface,and we do not know how deep the PVK is.
