No doubt about that P , lot of corruption goes on in a lot of places and I wouldn't disagree with your thoughts . Also you may be correct ( I'm not sure ) about expenditure . It only takes a couple of announcements to change the dynamics and that is what keeps holders in the game . Up ramping or down ramping doesn't make any iota of difference lom is what it is and some people like to take a chance on something they think may pay off , if it doesn't we move on we all make our own choices. I respect most of your posts as you give good insights on subjects that can be easily overlooked . Just my thoughts.
