The argument for and against would have to include hundreds or even thousands of issues, past events etc.......which could take days or even years....for it to be deemed valid.
Whenever I hear "one of the most (insert anything) in the world".........it mostly seems far fetched and exaggerated.
There is corruption in every country and it would be hard IMHO to exactly gauge the levels....and then put chart, that we will religiously use as a guide.
