    I disagree Baggy. LOM has control of Mothae and as such can declare dividends when it likes. 

    LOM has to repay Simon Lee $1.875m each qtr for the next 7 qtr.'s (they have just made the first repayment) and therefore investors will want to know where this cash is coming from otherwise they will assume that a CR is on the cards if the last cashflow report did not have a decent amount of cash in the bank.
