Article does seem to skip over the more interesting parts in the history of the mine! The real story would make a good book, though with JG always keen to sue, it may not come out! One thing I would say is Joe was obsessed to live up to his title as Diamond Joe, loved to carry his diamonds around in a little blue bag. He made a complete mess of ever getting it running, which in turn has lead to Lucapa picking up a bargain!
