Please note my wording... 'Im confident...' WHY?,,I'm from the NT originally.. follow NAIF closely and their investment criteria etc...Merlin ticks all the boxes is small $$ and low risk (unlike Arafura). Backing a Merlin restart will have a very positive impact for that part of NT and its remote communities.
