and they paid lom 2.5m for the 46ct rough, or ~54k per ct.
but the final polished cut turned out to be a pink-orange colour, with vvs1 clarity... going rate for those haven't even touched 20k per ct
so it won't be sold for a while, and if it does lom only gets half the profit after sourcing and polishing costs which won't be much at all.
