I don't think it matters much. Miles is getting on now (aren't we all), we hear from him once a year at the AGM, with a well worn script, no need to load him up with more duties, especially when there's nothing new to say.
We know what events we're waiting for and that's it; if anything comes out of left field . . . . that's another story.
There are some major changes coming our way, but until they do it's business as usual.
