With the LOM market cap sitting at around $50m, we are priced at about 35% of the NTA value stated in the half yearly financial report.
That disconnect between the NTA value and the SP has long existed, but the gap seems to be widening.
The infrequent comms, resolution of the LOM ownership interest in the Lulo kimberlite project, and apparent ‘go slow’ on the kimberlite exploration are not helping.
But I doubt there is another stock on the ASX, with as big a gap between intrinsic value and SP - as there is with LOM.
