Something here we can agree on, I think. I've voted in favour, because I don't see any point to the consolidation, unless there is a plan to turn things round - there must be ???
You can say that it enables a CR, but that's just more of the same. We need to see some benefits from the Board changes/NEDs so that investors can see the rabbit, if there is one. The whole thing needs a revamp; the consolidation is an early manifestation?
