I guess you may think lom is hiring all the right people at the moment and the mining licence may be close?
I think Stephen may have been hired to work on the ground in regards to the mining licence and marketing of any high value stones recovered,it makes sense to me because of his experience with two of the biggest diamond miners in the world over a 9 year period.
I get the feeling that he would have all ready worked with the angolians and have the experience needed for lucapa going forward,maybe this is the reason he was hired?.
