LOM didn't tender, though I think the WA govt expected them to, given the knowledge of Ellendale within the team.
The two open pits at Ellendale are at a complicated stage of there life span. A lot of time, money and resources would need to be allocated to get going again. May find that GIB and India Bore are more interested in the alluvial fields.
