As per announcement dated 7/12/2023:

“US$10.1M IN LULO DIVIDENDS AND LOANS APPROVED FOR LUCAPA
Key Highlights
 US$5.6 million (A$8.5 million) dividend declared to Lucapa
 US$4.5 million (A$6.8 million) loan repayment from SML to Lucapa approved
Lucapa Diamond Company Limited (ASX:LOM) (“Lucapa” or the Company is pleased to announce the shareholders of Sociedade Mineira Do Lulo (SML) have approved a dividend of US$14 million.
Lucapa’s portion of this dividend will be US$5.6 million (A$8.5 million) with an initial payment of US$4 million (A$6.1 million) expected during Q1/24 and the balance to follow in H2/24.
Additionally, a US$4.5 million (A$6.8 million) loan repayment was approved which is also expected to flow during H2/24 and this will expunge the Lulo Alluvial development loan owed to Lucapa.

We’re halfway through “Q1/24”, right?

So, based on the above announcement, we can expect to receive A$6.8m loan repayment by the end of next month.

That said, the last quarterly only mentioned that the loan repayment and dividend will be paid to us this year.
