I emailed cityview with the comment by Hans Le Roux. This is the response I got from Smyth;

"The diamond projects are administered by Fortitude Minerals and I recently asked them the same question :
when are the DMS plants arriving on site . Their reply was that because they had to switch supply contractors ,
a delay occurred but they are getting on with it .

Fortitude advise that they switched contractors because of non-performance by Mr Le Roux . No litigation
has occurred between the parties
