    One thing not mentioned here:

    If you lose money on a trade it is your own doing, and only your own doing- do not blame other factors. It is not your brokers fault, nor "ramping" on HC or any other factor at all.

    Once a person accepts that their trades are their own because they make the decision to trade they will be well on their way to successful trades. Blaming others "blocks out" successful analysis of reasons as to why trades went wrong.
