All this really says is that the manual radioimmunoassay (Diasource) and the automated chemiluminescence method give results that are essentially of equal accuracy.
If that is the case, why would you use the RIA (Diasource)?
The automated method would use less labour and may well be cheaper.
A cost comparison of the 2 methods would have been useful.
