I think your right it won't be those outter suburbs 30sq houses that see the price drop by all accounts their pretty well priced.

I think it will be the shacks in richmond(vic) which their selling for 1.4 million that could possible see the biggest price drops. Inner city prices have been driven to crazy levels while the otter suburbs have grown steadly.

It won't be long before people realise an extra 10 or 20 minutes comute to work is well worth 300k you save on buying in the outter suburbs.
