In Ballarat again for the week on my project; went driving around west ballarat (chase) looks like Narre Warren a few years back, houses as far as the eye can see.
Inner Ballarat (LOL only 5kms away), prices are continuing to rise on established homes, inner land IMHO is still cheap (i.e. 85k for block with plans).
It can't and won't stay this way IMHO.
