Dave Labor lost the election mainly on the crap franking credit policy the voters have spoken if franking credits are welfare the so is the pension and all other government payments.
I am retired and because we put some thought and work into our retirement we are self funded and receive some franking credits but get no other government benefits so we have saved the tax payers about $34,000 plus the other welfare benefits , the small amount we get back as franking credits is far less than what the government has to pay the leaner's who believe the world owes them a living.
