what i can"t understand though is that their main competitor, JB Hi Fi is going gangbusters.
the prices of same product at DSH are always cheaper and to top it off they have their own generic brand applying to a huge amount of product at incredible pricing.
to me, they appear on the face of it, to have a winning edge over harvey norman and JB , especially with their own dick smith brand.
this i suppose does not apply to brand label items, as i know that harvey will price match anyone and i am not sure about JB as the last time i shopped there was to buy a Pink Floyd CD.
