Spot on. DJS is a basket case, and will be for a long time.....especially while Warburton is still there.
Never have I seen in recent times....such a plethora of useless, waste-of-space Directors on the Boards of the blue-chip companies. Warburton is close to the top of this lot....practically every company he touches turns to dust. I could just imagine a Company with a Board consisting of : Argus, Wallis, Warburton, Lew, Liebler, Kraehe, Ralph , Adler (if he could be on it).
Now.....how long would it take this company to do a big turn-around to dissolve into nothing, with these mugs running it?? The mind boggles.
The influence & networking of this group must be broken, if Aussie Companies are ever going to make a positive long-term mark (which includes limiting Board membership to no more than three...including Chairmanship).
